Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled PPS CMG Coordinator to join our team at DHR Health. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for coordinating the completion of the IRF-PAI with the team, gathering and inputting data, and transmitting it to Medicare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate PPS data collection with the interdisciplinary team
  • Ensure completion of supportive documentation for FIMs in medical records
  • Complete admission and discharge IRF-PAI within CMS designation time frames
  • Collect and summarize information from medical records on the IRF-PAI
  • Input data into CMS accepted programs within designated time frames
  • Update IRF-PAI logs and maintain their accuracy
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or a licensed healthcare provider required
  • Organizational skills and good written and verbal communication skills required
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of nursing, administration, and physicians
Preferred Qualifications
  • Three to five years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Reasoning ability and good independent judgment
