Role Summary
The Clinical Practice Specialist RN plays a crucial role in advancing the mission, vision, and core values of the organization. This position is responsible for guiding and overseeing the formulation and endorsement of nursing and patient care protocols. The Specialist enhances communication pathways among various patient care departments. Additionally, this role serves as the Chapter Coordinator for the Provision of Care segment of the Joint Commission Standards. The Clinical Practice Specialist RN also coordinates preparations for Shared Governance, specifically focusing on the Professional Practice Council and associated Division Councils. This position provides essential direction and administrative support to the Clinical Education Program, fostering positive transformations through established principles of change and organizational theory.
Qualifications Required
- Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Eligibility to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
