We are seeking a Certified Peer Specialist to join our team at Child & Family Focus, Inc. As a Youth Mentor, you will serve as a positive role model and guide Transition Age Youth (ages 14-26) towards their goals. Your role will involve developing strong relationships, providing guidance and support, and helping youth build confidence and self-esteem.

About the Role:

  • Serve as a positive role model and guide Transition Age Youth (ages 14-26)
  • Develop strong relationships and provide guidance and support
  • Help youth build confidence and self-esteem

Requirements:

  • Be certified as a Peer Specialist (CPS)
  • Maintain valid driver's license, insurance, and vehicle
  • Engage in local travel in your own vehicle

Benefits and Compensation:

  • Starting rate of $17/hour
  • Part-time positions available with potential for full-time
  • Annual rate increases
  • 9 paid holidays
  • Paid time off accrual if maintaining 20 hours/week
