Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Tractor Driver AG to join our team at Foster Farms. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for operating tractors and graders to ensure efficient and safe production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate tractors and graders to perform various tasks, including grading and hauling
- Inspect equipment regularly to ensure it is in good working condition
- Carry out routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals
Working Conditions:
As a Tractor Driver AG, you will be working in a fast-paced production environment with varying weather conditions. You will be required to work at heights and in confined spaces, and may be exposed to loud noises and hazardous materials.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive hourly rate, with additional pay for hours worked between 7:00 pm and 11:59 pm and 12:00 am-4:59 am. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
