**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of a Steel Shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employees, ensuring excellent quality of product, customer service, and maximizing profitability. If you have a passion for excellence and possess strong leadership skills, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise and motivate employees to achieve high levels of productivity and quality.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring quality in our product and meeting customer expectations.
  • Help to manage inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished as needed to maintain a smooth production process.

**Additional Responsibilities:**

  • Prioritize jobs per schedule and roll out to employees to ensure timely completion.
  • Schedule routine maintenance of machines with outside vendors to minimize downtime.
  • Adhere to OSHA rules and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Ensure a safe and clean workplace that meets company standards.

**Requirements:**

  • Must work well with the Management Team as well as shop employees to achieve common goals.
  • Must be computer literate and possess the ability to read drawings and technical documents.
