Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in our Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:


Conduct thorough nursing assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and coordinate care with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient transitions.

Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote open communication, address concerns, and foster a positive patient experience.

Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to prioritize tasks, manage workload, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.


Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 24 months of experience as a Medical Surgical/Telemetry RN in a hospital setting, with a strong focus on patient care and teamwork.

Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to access, enter, and interpret computerized data/information.

Effective interpersonal skills for communicating with diverse members of the healthcare team, patients, and families.

Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and complete work efficiently.


Education:
Graduate from an accredited nursing school with an Associate's or Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
Certification & License:
Licensed to practice professional nursing as a Registered Nurse.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
