Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $35,000 - $45,000, depending on experience. As a full-time Team Member, you will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, tuition assistance, and generous employee discounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events such as children's birthday parties, craft classes, and other activities to create a stress-free, fun, and engaging experience for guests.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by helping customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions to their needs.
  • Facilitate efficient checkouts, engage customers with rewards programs and private label credit cards, and educate them on Voice of Customer surveys.
  • Participate in daily store cleanliness activities, including sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and maintaining restroom cleanliness.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in retail, customer service, or event planning.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, and lifting heavy boxes.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
  • Ability to remain standing for extended periods.
  • Mobility to move throughout the store and access high shelves using ladders or similar equipment.
  • Lifting heavy boxes and performing tasks that require regular bending, reaching, and stretching.
  • Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings, with occasional outdoor duties if assigned.
