Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with physicians to develop and implement individualized care plans. With a strong focus on patient-centered care, our RNs work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing their expertise to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a range of medical conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with patients and families.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to take an active role in their healthcare and make informed decisions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices that enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program, with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing, with the ability to obtain multistate licensure if required.
  • Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development.
