As a Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting the Global Facility Delivery team and Site Process Engineering team in ensuring safe, right-first-time delivery and on-time facility start-up.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with minimum 3 years of process team experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably API/Dry Products. You will also need to have deep technical interest and understanding in manufacturing operational excellence principles.

">Responsibilities

  • Support the Global Facility Delivery team and Site Process Engineering team in ensuring safe, right-first-time delivery and on-time facility start-up.
  • Partner with site engineering teams to provide additional capacity for tasks such as operational readiness, C&Q support, on-floor process support, document reviews, deviation investigation, and change controls.
  • Coach and develop local technical team capabilities to support acceleration of operational excellence and technical skills.
  • Utilize root cause analysis techniques to investigate process and equipment issues and deliver robust and sustainable corrective and preventative actions.
  • Maintain the basis of safety for process equipment.
