Physician Empire is seeking a skilled Psychiatrist to join our Inpatient Psychiatric Services team. As a Psychiatrist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing environment, providing quality mental health care to patients in need.
About the Role:
This is an employed position with a competitive compensation and full benefits package. You will be working in a 48-bed adult inpatient facility, providing care to patients on two separate 24-bed acute care psychiatric units. Our facility is dedicated to providing quality mental health care and has a very active ECT Program, serving as a regional referral center for this vital service.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development and implementation of treatment plans for patients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs
- Prescribe and manage medications as needed
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
