Your Role

You will join our mission-driven team as a Support Worker in our Community Living program. Your primary responsibility will be to assist individuals with their daily living needs, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

Our ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living tasks
  • Develop meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
  • Work collaboratively with other support staff to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Document incidents, progress, and changes in participant behavior or condition
  • Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

What We Offer

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 6 months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
  • Patient, compassionate, and reliable with excellent communication skills
