Job Title: Registered Nurse RN

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse RN to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care. As a pediatric nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of medically fragile children and their families.

About the Role:
  • Provide high-quality clinical home care to pediatric patients with complex medical needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • RN/LVN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing.
  • Current CPR certification.
