Job Summary:

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing interventions to improve patient outcomes. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care that meets their unique needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patient functional status and physical therapy needs
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient outcomes
  • Provide interventions to relieve pain, develop and restore function, and maintain maximum functioning
  • Inform and instruct patients, families, and healthcare teams about treatment plans and progress
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
  • Current Physical Therapy licensure in New Jersey
  • Current CPR certification
  • Must have a current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle
