Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Casual Lifeguard/Leisure Attendant. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of sports, leisure, and recreational activities in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the management and maintenance of leisure facilities, including swimming pools, gyms, and sports halls.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for visitors.
• Operate and maintain equipment, including pool cleaning and maintenance.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Excellent understanding of the leisure industry and customer service principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects.
• RLSS UK National Pool Lifeguard Award or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
