About the Role:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Gastroenterology department. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure clear and timely communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Experience in Gastroenterology or a related field is preferred.
