Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive mental health assessments and treatment plans for adult and child/adolescent populations.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct medication management and therapy sessions, as needed.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and evidence-based treatments.
- Licensed in New Jersey with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification (PMHNP-BC) and holding an active DEA.
- Experience in both medication management and therapy.
- Ability to see child and adolescent populations.
