About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retina Specialist to join our team at the New England Eye Center in Boston, MA. As a faculty member, you will have the opportunity to see patients, teach residents and medical students, participate in academic research, and provide care at our satellites and affiliated partners.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the field of medical retina
  • Teach and mentor residents and medical students in ophthalmology
  • Contribute to academic research and publications in the field of ophthalmology
  • Collaborate with other faculty members to develop and implement clinical programs
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • Board certification or board eligibility in Ophthalmology
  • Fellowship training in medical or surgical retina
  • Strong clinical and teaching skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Commitment to resident and fellow education
