Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This is a field-based position, and you will be responsible for providing technical support for our diagnostic equipment at customer sites.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

About the Role:

  • Provide on-site service, repair, maintenance, and installation of diagnostic equipment.
  • Travel to customer sites to resolve issues and provide technical assistance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a clinical or diagnostic setting.
  • Strong technical knowledge of diagnostic equipment and systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
