We are looking for a talented individual with strong leadership skills and extensive experience in electronic design, particularly in wearable technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee complex engineering projects to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.
  2. Collaborate closely with the business development team to establish and maintain successful client relationships.
  3. Identify risks and accurately estimate project schedules and resource allocation.
  4. Lead and mentor a team of engineers to achieve exceptional performance and quality standards.
  5. Coordinate with external stakeholders to align project goals and objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE or MSEE preferred; PhD considered).
  2. Proven experience in electronics engineering management, preferably within design firms, electronics, manufacturing, or medical device sectors.
  3. Strong technical expertise in hardware and firmware, including embedded systems, electrical systems, and programming (Python, Java, etc.).
  4. Familiarity with design services and the manufacturing process for electronic devices.

  1. Ability to manage competing demands and prioritize tasks effectively.
  2. Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach to project delivery.
  3. Experience in product development, specifically in sensor technology or IoT devices.
