We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Caregiver to join our team at Mallard Landing by Cogir, a reputable assisted living community. As a Care Partner, you will provide direct care to our senior residents, following a personalized treatment plan, in a unique and supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring, while adhering to community protocols, licensing regulations, and guidelines for resident and employee safety.
  • Prioritize independence and provide emotional support to residents by offering compassionate care, engagement, and companionship.
  • Encourage and assist with participation in life enrichment activity programs.
  • Promote open communication between healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.

Requirements:

  • Positive team player attitude and love working with people.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid CNA or HCA license in the state of WA. Recent graduates are welcome.
  • Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
  • Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living is a plus.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
