Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Team Leader to lead our store teams and drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales growth, managing budgets, and controlling inventory. They will also have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop their team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead district teams to achieve sales growth and meet or exceed company targets.
- Manage budgets and control inventory to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Develop and implement visual merchandising presentations and product placements that drive sales and customer engagement.
- Train and develop store teams to execute large amounts of signing and pricing workload.
- Utilize technology to communicate effectively with store teams and provide timely updates on operational tasks.
- Ensure consistent execution of pOpshelf expectations to provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers and a positive work environment for team members.
- Foster growth and development of team members to create a fun and rewarding work environment.
- Develop and implement inclusive and ongoing company recognition programs to recognize and reward team members' achievements.
Requirements
- Four+ years of retail management experience with progressively more responsibility, managing multi-unit operations in retail, grocery, or convenience store operations with full P&L responsibility.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Big-box and boutique-style retail management and/or equivalent education and experience combination will be considered.
