Fort Washington Medical Center is seeking a skilled Surgical Technician to join our team in the Operating Room.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing patient care and assisting surgeons during procedures. As a Surgical Technician, you will be responsible for preparing the Operating Room with necessary supplies, sterilizing instruments, and assisting the surgical team as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the surgical team in providing safe and culturally aware patient care
  • Pass instruments and sterile supplies to surgeons during procedures
  • Prepare the Operating Room with necessary supplies and equipment
  • Sterilize instruments and supplies as needed
  • Assist in restocking Operating Room supplies and instruments

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technician program
  • 1 year of hospital Operating Room experience preferred

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 06:30-17:00, with on-call shifts included. Certification highly preferred.
