Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician - Equipment Specialist to join our team at ICONMA. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Support: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all equipment in the JIT Production Environment and other areas as required.
  • Task Completion: Complete all tasks, work orders, and PMs as directed by the supervisor in a safe and timely manner.
  • Equipment Modifications: Make approved modifications to machinery and equipment to meet production needs.
  • Equipment Repair and Troubleshooting: Perform repairs, rebuilds, and troubleshoot equipment to ensure production efficiencies are met.
  • Record Keeping: Daily record all line calls, work orders, PMs, and work history electronically in the Maintenance System.
  • Training and Development: Complete all required and applicable training required by Adient.
  • Overtime and Shift Work: Be willing to work overtime as needed (daily, weekly, shutdowns, etc.) and work any shift on short, but reasonable notice.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve and develop skills/knowledge.
  • Additional Tasks: Complete all other tasks as requested by the Engineering Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Safety and Quality: Have the authority and responsibility to stop the production line should a safety or quality issue appear.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Maintain a license to operate a Hilo, Scissor Lift, and Articulating Lift.
  • Attendance and Work History: Demonstrate excellent attendance and a steady work history.
