Job Summary:

The Network Performance Manager provides strategic leadership and direction to staff to ensure the goals of the department are successfully achieved. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely implementation of new Value-Based Reimbursement (VBR) initiatives, leading VBR team projects, and developing action plans throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement VBR programs, ensuring timely completion and achievement of project deliverables.
  • Collaborate with various business units to identify, define, and communicate process metrics.
  • Perform capability diagnostics using process improvement tools, available metrics, and business rules.
  • Conduct competitor and provider competitive analysis, and create information to formulate business decisions related to the provider network.
  • Design future state network performance models that address opportunities uncovered during current state analysis.
  • Develop and implement processes, tools, and systems that support formal VBR reporting architectures, KPI controls, and network performance transparency.
  • Research and make recommendations on new innovations around VBR and development of new initiatives.
  • Work with Senior Management to strategize and coordinate development of future VBR programs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Three years of provider operations experience.
  • Minimum one year of management experience.
  • Provider contracting experience is preferred.

Working Conditions:
  • General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
  • May be required to travel occasionally.
Compensation Range:

$79,800.00 - $127,600.00
