As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, ensuring a positive experience at our quick service restaurant. You will be the face of our brand, and your attention to detail and commitment to quality will make a lasting impression on our customers.

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest
• Prepare and serve food and beverages to our guests, maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, using our point-of-sale system
• Work collaboratively with our kitchen team to ensure seamless service
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and safety
• Communicate effectively with our guests, team members, and management, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement

• A dedicated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of our point-of-sale system
• Previous food service experience, preferably in a quick service restaurant environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
