- Team structure follows an MD/CRNA care model.
- Openings available for full-time permanent roles, including weekend shifts.
- Variable shift times with potential on-call responsibilities.
- On-call duties are 24 hours, with incentives for participation; approximately 2-3 calls per month.
- CRNAs are authorized to perform spinals and epidurals, while MDs handle all nerve blocks.
- Pre-operative assessments are primarily conducted by MDs, except for MAC cases where CRNAs may take the lead.
- Facility operates at a Trauma Level II.
- Comprises 10 operating rooms.
- Patient demographics include pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.
- Required skills include general surgical cases, IV regional anesthesia, spinal and epidural anesthesia, regional anesthesia, OB cases, and neurosurgical procedures.
- Utilizes Cerner for electronic medical records.
