Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled RAC Loan Processor II to join our team at Truist Inc. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate funding of dealer contract packages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify and enter contract and applicant information into Origenate prior to funding in the loan servicing system.
  • Ensure compliance with all guidelines and policies to meet targeted risk tolerance.
  • Follow-up with dealer clients on outstanding stipulations, verifications, or documents needed to complete the processing of loans.
  • Meet or exceed loan processing production targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer client base.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent education and related training or experience.
  • Two years of experience or equivalent training.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical ability, written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible schedule.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent education and related training or experience.
  • Previous experience in finance/credit related industry.
  • Knowledge of credit verification process and related documents.
  • Bilingual.
Working Conditions

This role requires sitting, visual, audio, and speaking abilities. Ability to work all hours scheduled, including overtime as directed by manager/supervisor and required by business need.
