Construction Laborer

Adams Outdoor is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Construction Employee. This role involves installing posters and bulletins, as well as performing maintenance tasks to ensure the physical structure and surrounding property are well-maintained.

• Installation and Maintenance: Install posters and bulletins, and perform maintenance tasks to ensure the physical structure and surrounding property are well-maintained.
• Physical Demands: Ability to climb ladders to heights up to 125 feet, work from elevated platforms, and lift weights up to 100 lbs.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate gas-powered equipment, such as lawn mowers, chain saws, generators, compressors, and paint sprayers.
• Safety Protocols: Utilize all safety-related equipment as mandated by Adams Outdoor operating procedures.
• Communication: Possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with external and internal clients.
• Adaptability: Highly adaptable to changing work environments and able to prioritize and execute tasks and assignments.

• Education: High School or equivalent degree.
• Travel: Ability to travel as required.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
