Boat Detailer

The Boat House of Bald Knob is seeking a skilled Boat Detailer to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring our boats are meticulously clean and well-maintained.

• Conduct thorough cleaning of boats, both inside and out, to meet our high standards of cleanliness.
• Prepare boats for delivery by thoroughly sanitizing all surfaces, paying close attention to detail.
• Keep stock boats clean and organized, ready for customer inspection.
• Assist the Service Department in cleaning service boats as needed.
• Organize boats on the lot using forklifts and other necessary equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Wear appropriate protective gear to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding any boats requiring additional work.
• Use supplies efficiently to minimize waste.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Participate in general yard cleanup as directed.
• Keep equipment and tools in good working order, reporting any issues to supervisors.
• Contribute to the overall appearance of the yard by picking up trash, storing hoses, and performing other tasks as needed.
• Clean buildings and service trucks as directed.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of boat shows, including hauling boats, placement, and cleaning.
• Attend all assigned meetings and follow company policies and procedures.
