We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Field Supervisor to oversee the construction process of rooftop heliports for hospitals and businesses nationwide.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in supervising subcontractors and managing construction projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise subcontractors and manage construction projects
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and clients
• Monitor and control project costs and schedules
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills, including MS Word and PDF
• OSHA 30 Hour Certificate or willingness to obtain
