Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager, IT Infrastructure and Clinical Support to join our team at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). This role will be responsible for managing the clinical support services, ensuring that all clinical applications, systems, and devices are functioning correctly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, customer experience, and leadership, with 5-7 years of experience in a similar role. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time position offering a salary range of $110,000-$220,000 per year, based on qualifications and location in Brisbane, CA. Responsibilities:

  • Manage the clinical support services, ensuring that all clinical applications, systems, and devices are functioning correctly and efficiently

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new technologies and processes to improve operational efficiency
