$60,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This Med Surg Float Pool position involves working with patients across various medical specialties, including Cardiac, Neuro, Oncology, and Orthopedic care. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and providing compassionate care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your critical thinking skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple patients, and maintain accurate records.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess an ADN/ASN degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing and an active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Georgia.

Previous experience in areas such as cardiac patients, couplet care, EKG monitoring, educator, fundal massage, healing, neuro patients, oncology patients, orthopedic patients, ostomy care, PCA pumps, traction & cast care, tube feeding management, or wound & drain care is strongly encouraged.
