Senior Client Services Executive - Claims

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Claims professional to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. As a Senior Client Services Executive - Claims, you will be responsible for providing high-level support to our clients in the reinsurance business.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing claims support duties including meeting SLA's related to Claims data analysis, accuracy, reporting and turnaround time.
  • System processing of Treaty and FAC claims as directed.
  • Analyse and review basic coverage issues and flag important reinsurance conditions to Business Partners.
What You'll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Math or related field.
  • 4 years of experience in the Claims area within the insurance or reinsurance industry (Minimum 2 years).
  • Working knowledge of MS office suite of products.
  • Excellent English language skills (written, verbal).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
