Job Title: Executive Chef

At Pxi Hospitality Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall direction and management of our kitchen operations, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Lead and motivate a team of culinary professionals to achieve exceptional results in food preparation, presentation, and service.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, food safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate with our purchasing team to source high-quality ingredients and supplies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers and farmers to ensure a consistent supply of fresh and seasonal produce.
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Ensure that all kitchen staff are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties to the highest standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques, and implement new ideas and innovations in our kitchen.
Requirements:
  • 3-year hospitality management or equivalent culinary university degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity or function in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong culinary skills, with a focus on innovation, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other culinary software.
