We are seeking a skilled Surface Prep Specialist to join our team at Surface Experts in Memphis. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth preparation of surfaces for various projects.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have opportunities for commission and bonuses based on performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surfaces through sanding, masking, and priming procedures to ensure smooth and flawless finishes.
  • Use specialized tools to perform necessary repairs and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Assist in procuring and stocking inventory, as well as participating in other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with your hands, whether in construction, manufacturing, or a hobby.
  • Familiarity with facilities maintenance is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to commit to at least a 2-year term, as extensive training is provided.
