About the RoleEstimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year. We are seeking an accomplished Lead Carpenter to lead our residential remodeling team in Chapel Hill and surrounding areas.

Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Lead Carpenter, you will oversee various aspects of residential remodeling projects, including interior trim and built-in cabinetry installation, interior door and pocket door installation, hardware installation, and miscellaneous framing, siding, and roofing tasks. Your expertise in analyzing problems on-site, interacting with customers, suppliers, and other construction professionals, and building stairs, screening porches, and exterior railings will be invaluable assets to our team.

Key QualificationsWe are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of full-time experience as a Carpenter in residential remodeling, a strong understanding of mathematical concepts and measurements, and the ability to read and take action on blueprints. You must also be able to safely operate hand and power carpentry tools and possess knowledge of building regulations and codes. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills and be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
