About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fence Installation Foreman to join our team at SWI Wyoming. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of fences for our commercial and residential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of fence installation specialists
  • Ensure all installations are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
  • Develop and implement efficient installation plans and schedules
  • Conduct site assessments and provide recommendations for fence installations
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Manage and maintain company vehicles and equipment
  • Perform other duties as required
Requirements
  • Class A driver's license required
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Previous experience as a foreman on a fence installation crew
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift 80-100lbs
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
