Job Summary

Border Plains Equipment, a leading employee-owned agricultural equipment dealer, is seeking a skilled professional to provide technical support for our precision farming technologies. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues, and providing sales support to our parts, service, and sales departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers on precision farming technologies, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide sales support, integration, and training on precision farming technologies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the parts, service, and sales departments to ensure seamless integration of precision farming technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in precision farming technologies.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds unaided and stand for long periods of time.
  • Physical mobility and ability to manage different environmental smells.
  • Positive attitude, with a focus on quality and customer service.
