  2. Sales and Merchandising: Sell and promote bakery products, including bread, pastries, and other sweet and savory items, and maintain attractive and well-stocked displays.
  3. Inventory Management: Receive and stock bakery products, check inventory levels, and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
  4. Cash Handling and Operations: Operate a cash register, handle customer transactions, and maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
  5. Store Maintenance: Clean and maintain the bakery area, including floors, counters, and equipment, and report any maintenance or repair issues to management.
  6. Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals, and communicate effectively with management and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
  • Previous Retail or Bakery Experience: Preferred
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills: Essential
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Required
