We are seeking a highly skilled Cytotechnologist to join our team at a full-service clinical and anatomic pathology laboratory located on Long Island. This laboratory is fully accredited by The College of American Pathologists (CAP), New York State Department of Health, the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CLIA), and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
Responsibilities- Screen and diagnose gynecological and non-gynecological slides
- Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to ensure accurate and timely results
- Meet the required qualifications and certifications for the position
- Bachelor's degree in Cytotechnology or completion of an accredited Cytology program
- CT ASCP Certification or equivalent
- Preferred: 2 years of previous cytology experience
