Role Responsibilities
The Facility Maintenance Specialist will uphold the cleanliness and orderliness of all areas with meticulous attention to detail. Key responsibilities include:
- Executing various cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
- Ensuring all spaces are maintained and inspected according to established standards.
- Safeguarding equipment and reporting any damages or disturbances to the supervisor.
- Strictly adhering to health and safety regulations and company practices.
Candidate Profile
A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory, along with a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in housekeeping roles.
This position requires the ability to lift over 50 lbs. unassisted, with most tasks performed while standing, walking, lifting, pulling, and pushing. Effective communication skills are essential, along with the capability to use hands for grasping and fine manipulations. Physical demands include bending, squatting, reaching, pushing, and climbing, with the necessity to stand for extended periods.
