About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Erickson Senior Living. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our resident rooms, common areas, and offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain assigned areas in accordance with established procedures and standards.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust resident rooms, common areas, and offices to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Empty trash and replace liners to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and dining areas to meet high standards of cleanliness.
- Restock supplies and notify supervisor of any maintenance or repair needs to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff, ensuring a positive and respectful experience.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
