Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Firestopping Specialist to join our team in New England. As a Firestopping Specialist, you will be responsible for installing approved fire and smoke systems and devices to ensure safety and compliance with life safety codes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Seal, label, and document all joints, penetrations, and openings.
  • Keep the jobsite organized and free of debris.
  • Clean equipment and store materials properly at the end of each day.
  • Assist field technicians with various tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Practical knowledge of hand tools and construction sites.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong awareness of safety issues and solutions.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Self-motivated and responsible.
Physical Demands
  • Lift 50+ lbs. regularly.
  • Comfortably climb ladders and work at heights of 10+ feet.
Compensation and Benefits

Starting salary: $21-$25 per hour (DOE). Comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off, and professional development assistance. Also includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus after 180 days of employment.
