Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at GPAC. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough patient evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans that address patient needs and goals.
- Implement and modify treatment plans to improve patient mobility, strength, endurance, balance, and overall health.
- Provide patient education on exercises, stretches, and techniques to enhance function and prevent injury.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care to patients.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices for physical therapy.
- Attend relevant trainings and maintain current knowledge of physical therapy treatments, interventions, and resources.
- Supervise and train physical therapy assistants or aides as needed.
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current California state licensure as a Physical Therapist, or willingness to obtain licensure.
- Experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of physical therapy treatments and interventions.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
