We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Telemetry Stepdown unit at CHRISTUS Spohn. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients with cardiac conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and monitor patient vital signs.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- One year of experience in nursing, preferably in a cardiac telemetry setting.
- Current Texas State RN License.
- CPR (American Heart Association) certification.
- ACLS certification within six months of hire.
- EKG certification within 90 days of hire.
