About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Tucson Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and support to adult and pediatric patients in an outpatient hospice setting.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Graduation from a qualified, nationally-accredited nursing program.
  • One year of nursing experience in an acute care setting preferred.
  • Current RN licensure permitting work in the State of Arizona and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
