Job Opportunity

Fantastic Sams Cut & Color of Dallas is seeking a skilled Hairstylist/Colorist to join our team. As a creative and busy, full-service salon, we offer a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize goal setting and proven guest experience system to achieve goals in color %, average ticket, and production-per-hour
  • Provide exceptional guest service by educating guests on services and products that meet their personal hair concerns
  • Operate salon scheduling software and credit card machines efficiently
  • Exhibit confidence in speaking to guests about salon events, promotions, and encourage future appointments/retail products
  • Support and assist guests and team members as needed
  • Leverage educational opportunities and apply them to improve guest experience and salon performance

Requirements:

  • Flexibility, self-motivation, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
