Cedars-Sinai is seeking a skilled Clinical Social Worker LCSW to provide high-quality social work services to patients and their families. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the psychosocial and discharge planning needs of our patients are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive social work services to patients and their families, including psychosocial evaluations, crisis intervention, individual and family counseling, and discharge planning.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that address the complex needs of our patients.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with community health, welfare, and social agencies to ensure seamless transitions of care.
- Participate in departmental continuing education and staff development programs to stay current on best practices and evidence-based interventions.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required.
- Minimum of 1 year of acute care hospital experience.
