Avera Brady Health and Rehab is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing facility team. As a CNA, you will provide direct, personal care and services to residents, meeting their physical, intellectual, social, and spiritual needs on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Under the direction of a licensed nurse, provide daily care and services to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as eating, toileting, and transferring.
  • Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
  • Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans.

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a nursing assistant in the State of South Dakota.
  • Basic Life Support Certification required within 6 months if primary work shift is a night shift position.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with the healthcare team.

Work Schedule:

  • 5:45am-6:15pm, every third weekend, every third holiday; 48 hours every 2 weeks.

Compensation:

The hourly range for this position is $18.25 - $24.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
