Therapist I

Job Summary:

As a Therapist I at Grafton Integrated Health Network, you will play a vital role in providing therapeutic and counseling services to our students. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of individualized therapy plans.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assess student cognitive, behavioral, social, and emotional needs and develop therapeutic goals and objectives for the student's IEP.
* Develop and implement therapy plans, sessions, and activities to meet identified goals and objectives.
* Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, and provide behavioral consultation and guidance to other Grafton staff working with assigned students.
* Collect and record behavioral and progress-related data obtained from therapy sessions and other program activities.
* Evaluate students' achievements and progress pertaining to therapeutic and behavioral programs, and document progress, accomplishments, and behavioral developments in quarterly progress reports, discharge summaries, and annual reviews.

Requirements:

* Master's degree in counseling, social work, or psychology.
* Clinical experience providing counseling services and therapy, preferred.
* Must be license eligible and have a supervision contract in place.
* Requires a valid driver's license.

* Competitive salary range: $73,424 - $83,200 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
